You agree to update your registration information promptly in the event of any change. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.
Each player is permitted to hold only one active 100cuvi account. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is prohibited. Duplicate accounts identified by 100cuvi are subject to immediate closure, and balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited in their entirety.
You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 100cuvi will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain credential security or from any unauthorised access to your account that results from your negligence.
You must notify 100cuvi immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. 100cuvi may, at its discretion, temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported or suspected security breach.
100cuvi reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, money laundering, collusion, bonus abuse, or any other violation of these Terms. In cases of confirmed fraud or prohibited conduct, any balance in the affected account may be forfeited.
100cuvi accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, FPX bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and other participating institutions), and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified at the point of transaction. 100cuvi does not charge a platform fee on standard MYR deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.
Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods registered in your verified account name. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request can be processed. 100cuvi reserves the right to request additional documentation to satisfy anti-money laundering obligations. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one business day following successful verification. Withdrawals will be declined where the associated account shows evidence of fraudulent activity or Terms violations.
All transactions on 100cuvi are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. 100cuvi is not responsible for fluctuations in cryptocurrency value.
100cuvi may offer bonuses, promotions, and free play incentives to eligible players from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution rates, and expiry periods. In the event of any inconsistency between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds are non-withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been fulfilled in full. Real money funds and bonus funds are held separately within your wallet. Withdrawing Real Money Funds prior to completing the wagering requirement applicable to a bonus will result in the forfeiture of the bonus funds and any winnings derived from them.
100cuvi reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice. Participation in any bonus programme constitutes acceptance of the applicable bonus terms. Abuse of bonus offers, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to exploit welcome bonuses, will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.
Bets and wagers placed on 100cuvi are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. These rules are accessible within each game interface or betting section and form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of a discrepancy between displayed odds or game information and the actual outcome, 100cuvi's records shall be the authoritative source.
100cuvi reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was placed after an event has concluded or a game outcome was known; (b) a technical error resulted in incorrect odds, payout ratios, or game parameters being displayed; (c) evidence of collusion, match manipulation, or abuse of in-play betting systems is identified. Voided bets will be refunded to your account at the original stake amount.
All bets placed on the 100cuvi platform are final once confirmed. Players accept that gambling involves a risk of financial loss and that 100cuvi provides no guarantee of any outcome or return.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 100cuvi platform and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances:
All content on the 100cuvi platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trade marks, text, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of 100cuvi or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 100cuvi platform without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use of 100cuvi's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may also constitute a violation of applicable intellectual property law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 100cuvi, its officers, directors, employees, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds resulting from a system outage or technical failure; losses arising from your reliance on information displayed on the platform; or losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your own failure to maintain credential security.
100cuvi's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the aggregate amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
100cuvi collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes your name, date of birth, contact information, payment details, and gameplay and transaction history as necessary for platform operation, KYC compliance, and fraud prevention. We do not sell your personal data to third-party marketers.

In the event of account closure for reasons other than a player's own breach or fraud, any remaining Real Money Funds in your account will be returned to you via your verified payment method within a reasonable period.
You may close your account at any time by contacting 100cuvi support via live chat. Account closure does not affect any outstanding bets that were placed before the closure request was processed.
100cuvi reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or through a notification displayed upon login. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication unless a later effective date is specified. Your continued use of the platform following notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 100cuvi holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to 100cuvi's customer support team for good-faith resolution. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the support process, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body as designated by 100cuvi at the time of the dispute.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction. Players retain any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under the applicable laws of their country of residence.
